Mr. Ashish Gupta, equipped with an MBA post the completion of his graduation from Delhi University, joined his family business in 1995. A second generation entrepreneur, Ashish pioneered Vinyl’s expansion and backward integration operations, driving the company’s growth in plasticizer and PVC heat stabilizer manufacturing. His ambitious approach also resulted in the addition of several new products to Vinyl’s portfolio and the expansion of the group’s operations into the finance sector. He is a driving force behind Vinyl’s commitment to providing high-quality products and service to its customers. His collaborative leadership style, has fostered an environment of open communication, integrity and mutual respect. He empowers his team to take ownership and encourages innovation and creativity.
